Running C12 ion of 4800 MeV (kin.energy) in water the following message
appiear:

G4BinaryLightIonReaction no final state for:
Primary 0x896dae0, (A,Z)=(2,1) , kinetic energy 620.336  Target
nucleus (A,Z)=(1,1  if frequent, please submit above information as
bug report

G4BinaryLightIonReaction no final state for:
Primary 0xbb90bc0, (A,Z)=(2,2) , kinetic energy 265.799  Target
nucleus (A,Z)=(1,1  if frequent, please submit above information as
bug report

The statistic was 20000 events
