I've posted some additional information to bug #526 and have attempted to reopen
it. Bugzilla still lists it as "Resolved", though. Please reopen it.

Thank you for the extensive additional information regarding problem #526.

I have reopenned Problem #526, and its status is now "Reoppenned Works-for-me"
until the responsible has a chance to look at it.

We appreciate your efforts to add the information in the existing problem
report which is related to your current problem.  We will check whether it is
possible, when doing this for you to reopen a report, or whether this can be
done only by the original submitter and developers.

We will treat this problem report as a request to document this process in
our 'Geant4 Problem reporting', and potentially enable refinement.  I am thus
recategorising it (to WebTools.)

In the meantime,  please use #526 to follow the relevant Geant4 implementation
problem.

A bug report which has been closed can only be reopened by the person assigned
to it (if he acknowledges that indeed the problem is to be reopened) or by any
other developer having priviledges.
