It is known that BREPS are made up of different surfaces that have different
surface conditions. Is it possible to assign different surface conditions to
different surfaces of a CSG solid?

It's not clear what you mean by "surface conditions", but in general, it is not
advisable to assign different accuracy properties to different surfaces.
