There's no much we can do for system configurations that we do -not- support.
The internal error you get is a symptom that the problem is not in the Geant4
code, but in the compiler/system itself.
You should verify what version of the g++ compiler your system is using and
in case install and use instead the version (gcc-3.2.3) we support.
