Description corneliu 2004-02-23 06:54:36 CET
In short my application is "eating" memory whilst implementing the
G4HadronInelasticProcess/G4BinaryLightIonReaction process/model (See posting
143 in Hadronic Processes section of online forum). Analysis with valgrind has
not shown a memory leak. The bloat is not severe for relatively thin targets,
however I need to simulate a beam of GeV ions stopping in a thick target, in
this case all available memory is consumed. I have stripped my simulation to a
very simple geometry (10x10x10 m^3) block of lead with an incident (pencil) beam
of 1 GeV alpha particles. Source code is available by email. I am running linux
redhat 9.0 with gcc 3.2.2.
Thanks and Best Regards,
Iwan

Can you please make the source code available to me - either in mail or giving a
URL?
