Dear Sergei,
once again I find myself unable to re-assign problem reports to collaborators
responsible for the classes associated to the problem report. This happens now
for problems 585 and 587. I am logged under my privileged account
Maria.Grazia.Pia@cern.ch, but I cannot reassign problems to pandola@lngs.infn.it.
I realized that Luciano Pandola has disappeared from the list of collaborators
with privileges. Incidentally, I also realized that Susanna Guatelli has
disappered from that list, and God knows who else has vanished. In the same
list, however, there are people who are not members of the Geant4 Collaboration
since several years, and even a dead former collaborator.

Please FIX THE PROBLEM WITH PRS REASSIGNMENT immediately and once for all.
It is a shame that the give a bad image of Geant4 to our users, delaying the
response to their problem reports, just because a web tool does not work properly.

I am confident in a prompt response from you.
