Description nao.yamashita 2003-12-26 02:16:08 CET
Hello,

When proton beams with energies of 210 MeV are bombarded to various thick
(stopping range) targets made of Fe, Al, Pb, or O, initial energy spectra of
secondary neutrons has a sharp peak at exacly 100 keV.

I used Geant4.5.2.p02 or 4.6.0, G4NDL3.7, PACK2.3, LHEP_PRECO_HP, QGSP_HP or
LHEP_HP.
Any combination ended up in the same results.

I would appreciate any suggestion or help.

Thanks in advance,

Naoyuki Yamashita

This is a feature of these physics lists (It shoud be 10 keV, though.).
Please use QGSP_BIC (or QGSP_BERT) from the 'High energy physics trackers'
usecase.

Many greetings,

Hans-Peter.
