On DEC in ISO mode (debug and optim) tests 11 and 15 give the following or
similar:

ionIoni:    Knock-on electron cross sections .
         MeanFreePath is computed at tracking time.
         delta ray energy sampled from  differential Xsection.
G4NeutronHPNames: Sorry, this material does not come near to any data.
G4NeutronHPNames: Please make sure NeutronHPCrossSections points to the
                  directory, the neutron scattering data are located in.
G4NeutronHPNames: The material was: A=18, Z=8

In case the data sets are at present not available in the neutron data library,
please contact Hans-Peter.Wellisch@cern.ch

As it did not occure on any other platform and the strstream seems not different
on DEC, I am tempted to think that the env variable might not have been set, or
the last patch was missed.

Can you please double-check?

ooops, was fixed in 2.0, I belief.....but do not  quote me on this.
