If I use the model NeutronHP for fission then the energy spectrum of the prompt
fission neutrons has a "lump" at 18-21 MeV that shouldn't be there.

I shot neutrons with energies from 1-10 MeV to U3O8.
U3 was naturan Uranium.

 this was fixed, but did nto make it into the release 5.2. It will come with the
next release.
