I was able to make the exe file for exampleN03, but every time I run it I just
get a core dump.  Only the version heading shows up on my screen.  Thanks for
your help

We need much more information to find out your problem.
Most likely there exists a bug in your modification in
UserDetectorConstruction.
Please put your code somewhere accessible and let us know
the URL.
