Assembly volume has it's own scheme of generating the copy number for all
pbysical volumes, which MakeImprint place in my geometry. But this scheme
can clash with numbering scheme, which I have adopted in my geometry.
Assembly volume should have some method for setting which copy numbers will
be used during MakeImprint.
Also it would be desirable to have some getters in assemly volume (number of
added volumes, number of imprints made so far,....)

Resolution for Bugzilla Report #382:
1. Allowed access to getters of assembly counters
2. Added support for user definable count base for generated PVs
