Example N03 produces a segmentation fault with 100 TeV proton as incident
particle. I ran the example as in the released version, except for a
modification to the primary particle type and energy at the macro level.
I observed the problem on Linux and SUN, with geant4-03-02-ref-07.
I encountered this problem in the process of providing support to a user,
dealing with protons in the energy range between 10 GeV and 100 TeV.

I can't reproduce the crash, even with protons of 1 joule.

ps: if you work interactivly, and have too many events in a run,
do not forget to set /tracking/storeTrajectory 0
or, better, /vis/scene/endOfEventAction refresh
