Description alberto 2001-10-02 12:02:43 CEST
In one of my simulations, a 511 kev gamma beam goes through a lead plate
(100um). All the produced electrons go forward while there are not back
electrons. I think that the code is OK, and the problem is in the geant
toolkit.
Is that possible?
Does the toolkit describe well this kind of interactions?

Hi Michel,

can you please have a look at this one?

Many greetings,

Hans-Peter.

in the simulation desribed there are very few electrons coming out of the
absorber even forward, most of the secondaries are absorbed in the lead.
However in my simulation using TestEm5 there are electrons
going in bacward direction, so the problem (if any) is fixed.
