macro and printout of Si28

With ParticleHP, sometime nuclear channels are not complete : final ion is missing.
Here, two exemples (_AllHP physics constructor selected)

1- neutron, 14 MeV, on Si28. In the last nuclear reaction, Al27 is missing.
   In the second line before the last, Mg24 is missing.

2- proton, 20 MeV, on O1: F18 is missing.
