Issue coming from the forum,

The file corresponding to 162Tm radioactive decay is missing in the latest versions of Geant4 data libraries

I have checked in cvmfs, and the file used to exist in version 3 of RadioactiveDecay, but not in later versions 4 and 5

File from RadioactiveDecay version 3.7 seems to work ok
