In Geant4 11.1 there seems to be a problem with the parameterisation of the stopping power for carbon ions. In attachment there are the Bragg Peaks. This needs to be investigated.

According to validations shown at Geant4 annual workshop: https://indico.cern.ch/event/1307331/contributions/5556532/attachments/2722457/4730267/28G4CM_CortesGiraldo_LightIonBraggPeak.pdf this issue may be closed. Improvements are available in 11.1.p02 and 11.2
