Geant4.10.7 antiprotons TestEm0 output

Hi,

After updating from 10.7 to 11.03, I discovered that the ionization cross section for low-energy antiprotons (100 keV) became 0 instead previous Mb value.
My target was He gas.

It’s possible to check this by running the TestEm0 example.
