Source file from processes have inconssistent text encodings. Details elaborated on user forum thread:

Not exactly funtionality problem, but sure is a flaw.

It seems there's another tracker 2282 says that this is fixed, but that problem is reported 2 years ago, and 4.11.0.3 still have this problem.

Likely because it occurs in new source code.

The source code files will be checked/fixed for their encoding as part of the next release, scheduled for December.
