Hi Michel,

from my point of view, deactivation of view deactivation of continues or atRest processes is always a problem for Geant4 tracking. There was a proposal to include FatalException for such attempts but we do not yet come to agreement what is the correct reaction on such attempt. I will try to reproduce this situation but will not change anything for the beta release.

Cheers,
Vladimir

HI Vladimir,

In the past, inactivation lead to a crash. So, the message was helpful.
Now, inactivation seems to work, at least for RadioactiveDecay. The warning is misleading and useless.
As it is generated once per event, it can be a heavy noise ... It should be removed.

Hello Michel,

thanks for pointing to the problem. It is fixed and the fix will be publicly available with Geant4 11.1 in December.
