In analysis of CMS combined test-beam the response of hadronic calorimeter for e- is reduced by 4%. It is due to wrong configuration of ionisation process to multiple scattering model used for this calorimeter.

The problem is understood and the fix is available. After testing it will be included into Geant4 master and the next patch to 11.0.
