Description Dennis Klein 2018-05-08 14:20:17 CEST
Dear Geant4 Team,

when compiling the G4PY module with Boost 1.67, linking fails due to the missing libboost_python. Since Boost 1.67, this library has been renamed: https://www.boost.org/doc/libs/1_67_0/libs/python/doc/html/rn.html.

We have been observing this problem on Linux and MacOS. Be aware, that reproducing this error is tricky on systems with a system installation of Boost (usually older than 1.67), which still contains a libboost_python.

Best regards,
Dennis
