User needs to run the command, giving him the same command written in another shell language has no benefit for the user. IMO, only geant4.sh should be left. Version 10.4

The two forms of the script (and the related geant4make.csh and .sh) are provided specifically because TCSH users cannot run the BASH version, nor vice versa.
