When typing the summary line for a new bug report, the platform is supposed to search for possible duplicates. However, it returns "Data error." and never any possible duplicates.

Steps to reproduce:
1. Start new bug report, e.g. component Bugzilla
2. Enter summary as "tab is not functioning correctly" (see summary of bug report 1915)
3. Possible duplicates field starts searching whether this report could be a duplicate.

Actual results: Possible duplicates field displays "Data error."

Expected results: Expect to see reference to bug report 1915.

The Bugzilla system is updated to the latest version, then the issue is fixed.
