In nightly tests at icc a crash in the binray casacde has been observed. The crash happens due to two issues:
   1) wrong final excitation energy in the case of gamma transition from X-level
   2) usage of iterator inside a loop in G4ExcitationHandler

The fix is proposed for testing.

The problem is fixed and the fix will be available in 10.3beat release in June. The fix also included in 10.2patch02 which will be available in June
