use QGSP_BIC_AllHP to simulate deuteron bombard on Pb

Dear Sir:
   when I use QGSP_BIC_HP model to simulate deuteron cast on Pb,is seems correct, but instead this model with QGSP_BIC_AllHP, It have error. when replaced G4NDL4.5 to G4NDL4.4, G4NDL4.0, the problem is remain. would you please simulate this example and check why this problem appeared, thank you!

thank you for pointing to the bug. The fix will be available with 10.2beta public release end of June.

Worse to note, that QGSP_BIC_AllHP is an experimental Physics List. In Geant4 10.1 needed data files are not provided yet.
