I tryed to give a problem (number 162, from me) an additional comment. I was
logged in, typed the comment into the box and pressed 'commit'. But then it was
said, that i am NOT logged in???

What is wrong here??

Additional Comments" works for me - this comment is so entered.

Make sure you are known to the system by logging in.  You are known by
your email address once you have submitted a problem.  Let me know if
it continues to be a problem.

A generic user (not developer) should -not- need to login to get additional
priviledges. The problem needs to be verified:
  Problem report in status NEW.
  A generic user wants to add additional information
  -> login should not be required <-

I belive it was solved - it's possible to "add additional comment":

- user need login to system
- user should not be 'priveleged'
