Use of internal expat library is not exported to the geant4make setup correctly.
The result is that the geant4make system will try to link to a system expat, whether or not this exists.

Review the export of this setting to the geant4make.(c)sh scripts, both in the CMake scripts and the template files.

Fixed in tag cmake-V10-00-04
