Hi, 

Since the File menu was removed from G4UIQt (hard coded inside), we need to add it in the gui.mac file.

composite_calorimeter, lAr_calorimeter, Rich, bench01, N03 were already OK
test59, no menus inside.

Only fixed in ChargeExchangeMC
