Fix that adds the missing "@" at the end of 1st line.

a missing "@" at the end of the 1st line in geant4-env-skeleton.in prevent to set the correct shell interpreter in the generated script.

The attached script fixxes the problem.

Fixed in Patch-01 of 9.5....
