a new module has been added in the top source tree:

   geant4/source/analysis

which is now required to add to the default build (the module is
stand-alone and has no dependencies on other packages, internal or
external).

 Coworking tags are:
   config-V09-04-12, source-gmk-V09-04-03, source-cmk-V09-04-01

This module should always be built, and requires suitable CMake support.
