On p. 90 of the Physics Reference Manual, I believe there is a typo in Eq. 7.86.
The term zZe^2  should be squared.
zZe^2 -> (zZe^2)^2

Thank you for the report. Yes, it is evidently a typo in the latex math 
formula. The fix will be appeared in the next release of documentation.
