I have a problem with the option G4Analysis_Use, whe I try to compile some example (hadrontherapy) I have the same problem with my aida installation:
Undefined symbols:
  "_AIDA_createAnalysisFactory", referenced from:
      _main in ccSoN3xS.o
ld: symbol(s) not found
I try to use Open Scientist, Jaida but I can never fix the problem. 
I have other question without Aida or Root Can I obtain the Ascii file for the hadrontherapy simulation? why? Because I cant understand the method HadrontherapyMatrix.cc

Problem reported has been solved in the new Hadrontherapy version (Geant4.9.5).
