The Step Reader is being changed.  Pursuing this problem now would be
inefficient.

Problem report #1  (!)  fixed in the development reference tag:
geant4-01-00-ref-07.

Hello
as i said in the attachment my current problem is that ''where is the ''cygwin.bat'' file to edit it,so then cygwin will be aware of visuall c++.
ther isn't such a file in my cygwin folder.
