I'd like to suggest to warm the users of the Problem Tracking System about the
cookies usage. I waste several weeks trying to report some problems because the
"don't accept or send cookies" option was enabled in my Netscape browser. There
is no way to find the problem, no error messages, no warnings in the Report
Problem page.

As previously discussed, we'd need to open a new problem's category for
complaints/reports about the Problem Tracking System.

Sergei, don't you think it is time to do something about this problem report
which was opened in May 2000 ?!

Can you at least put a message in the main Bugzilla page (in italic
and a little below the 'Find' button) where you warn users to activate
cookies in their browser if they didn't do so already ?  Thanks.
