We are getting infinite loop when geantino is
shooted from the middle in x-direction in the tube,
that has non-zero Rmin and is divided equidistantly
in Phi axis; and also in some other case.

The concrete examples (modified N02 detector construction
class + test macro and test output) are provided in:
/afs/cern.ch/user/i/ivana/public/g4replica/case1
/afs/cern.ch/user/i/ivana/public/g4replica/case1

The problem has been already reported with the geant4 1.0
release (but not via Web report system), but it persists
in 1.1 release.

This problem is already opened as problem-report #44.
It's still under investigation.
