Running the application of a user in Los Alamos (neutrons and pre-compound),
His E-mail address is kirch@lanl.gov
I have the above G4Exception in geometry.
I run on linux, and the source is readily available from me.

Additional information was added before G4Exception
in (G4Sphere,G4Cons,G4Torus)::DistanceToOut

We could not reproduce the problem reported, even after the changes
introduced to facilitate an easier debugging.
In case the crash will still be observed in version 2.0, please notify
it here, providing us with a simple test-case. The problem then will be
reopened. Thanks.
