Description G.Kemmerling 2000-01-28 03:04:14 CET 
The class G4HadronicInteractionRegistry cannot be instantiated. It has neither a
public constructor nor a friend class. The static pointer 'theRegistry' which is
used in RegisterMe is not initialized and should therefore be 0.
