It seems that G4CascadeInterface is missing from the global Geant4 libraries
installed on lxplus. Specifically, I am using

G4SYSTEM=Linux-g++
G4INSTALL=/afs/cern.ch/sw/geant4/releases/share/geant4.5.0.p01
G4LIB=/afs/cern.ch/sw/geant4/releases/specific/redhat73/gcc-3.2/geant4.5.0.p01/lib

I see G4CascadeInterface in libG4hadronic_bert_cascade.a but not in
libG4processes.a (nor in any of the other libraries in $G4LIB).

The problem has now been fixed in processes/GNUmakefile.
G4hadronic_bert_cascade library was missing from the list
for compound library build (tag processes-gmk-V05-01-00).
