We have these new volumes in the electromagnetic calorimeter of CMS and we need
to build them.

Practically both fDx3 and fDx4 can be small enough, let say 1000*kCarTolerance,
which is 0.001 micron and very far from mechanical accuracy. If one nevertheless
will try to put exactly zero, G4Trap will loose its topology transforming to a
solid with triangle face.
