My GEANT4 application crashes after some events with this message:

Invalid call in G4IntersectionSolid::DistanceToIn(p),  point p is inside
*** G4Exception: Aborting execution ***
Aborted

when using boolean solids (intersection of box and tube). Seems similar to bug
#150 and #98. Visualisation is OK. The problem can be reproduced with a simple
setup. Where should I send sample code?

Thank you for the report. The problem is indeed known, although it
occurs in very rare circumstances and therefore rather difficult to
debug.

instructions on how to reproduce the problem.
