Page numbers are missing in the "User's Guide: For Application Developers".

The Guide doesn't print nicely. I used Letter-size paper but probably this
doesn't matter. Look, for example, at the huge empty frame at the beginning of
section 4.1.3

NB: Why there is no "documentation" in the component list of the problem report
page?

The manual 'User's Guide: For Application Developers' is based on the
html format and the printed version is also based on it. The html format
doesn't have the concept of 'page', therefore there is no page number
in the printed version.

We know this is not convenient for those who prefer a printed document,
though our weight is much more on the web version.

The big empty frame in Section 4.1.3 is caused by a large 'html' table
(Source listing) which doesn't fit into one page. It will be fixed in
the next document release.

Concerning the documentation component in the problem report page,
it will be added soon.
