When I simulated the positron moderation process, I found that it has no diffusion process. In the experiment the positron's energy reaches the eV scale and does not annihilate immediately, but rather makes a diffusion operation in the material, and when moving to the surface of the object there is a some probability of overflowing from the surface. I found no such process in geant4.

Hello,

yes, this process is absent in the current Geant4. In our work plan for 2024 developments we have an item to develop positronium creation and production.

This is not a bug report, nothing to fix. It is the request for new development. It should go to the list of requirement, however, such requirement already exist and we are in a process of development. 

If you wish to speed-up this development, you may propose your solution.
