Electron energy spectrum of Co60 in the “rdecay01” example in Windows

The energy of the beta decay electrons in the G4RadioactiveDecay process is only half of the real value.

I used the Examples/Extended/radioactivedecay/rdecay01 example. Specifically, when executing "Co60.mac", the histogram of energy spectrum of electron is incorrect. The maximum energy with the largest branch ratio in the energy spectrum of electron is only 160 keV. The correct maximum energy should be about 317 keV. This problem also occurs in other examples of beta decay.

Build 2024-01-16 on Windows 11 23H2 and Rocky Linux 9.3
