The"gmake"command for Visualization returns with missing separator error
for G4OpenGLImmediateXm.d.
gmake libmap also fails.

This is usually caused by missing header files.  Subsequently, the .d files
are corrupted and must be deleted.

For OpenGLXm you need motif (or lesstif).  Perhaps you do not have that
installed, which would have lead to the error you report.

I will close this error report; please let me know if you continue to have
problems.
