Corrupted csv histogram with occasional missing end-of-line characters

When writing histograms in CSV format, occasionally the end of line characters are missing resulting in multiple rows of the histogram forming one line.

One such example file is attached; The file represents a 100x100 2D histogram.
Instead of the expected 10404rows x 7 columns, the file consists of 10125rows x 135columns.

Hello,

The version 10.2 is quite old; would you have a possibility to check if the problem is present with the latest Geant4 version 10.6.p02?

We cannot reproduce the problem with the current version of Geant4; version 10.2. is no more updated. Closing.
Please, reopen the problem if observed with latest versions of Geant4.
