In example rdecay01 I set isotop 252Cf (98 252 0 0) and it doesn't work. However, I don't have problems with 60Co and 137Cs.

Hello!

Rdecay01 works under geant4.10.6 for the decay of Cf252.
So I will recommend to use this version of Geant4.

In case of spontaneous fission, I noticed that fragments are not created; only neutrons and gamma. Is that expected ?

No, in geant4.10.4 neutrons and gamma were not created. I wanted to get a neutron spectrum. Fragments weren't interesting to me.
