Hi Pedro, Would you please have a look at this; it is ParticleHP. Dennis There is no wrong behaviour. The databases used contain only particle yields, not channel by channel cross sections. Therefore the number of each particle is sampled independently of the others. Energy and baryon number are only conserved in average, not event by event. |
Created attachment 500 [details] output of Hadr03 Considere the reaction alpha (5 MeV) + Be9 Here are the lists of final states generated by ParticleHP package, in two configurations : default and do-not-adjust-final-state. Both lists are unreasonable. Similar examples with incident proton, deuteron ... can be exhibed. Indeed, ParticleHP package seems to work 'properly' only for incident neutron.
