Reported during tutorial:
g4analysis module crashes if it cannot write output file in current directory (for example because user has no write permission). 
It would be better to have a G4Exception/error to signal the problem and avoid a silent crash.

Problem can be reproduced with exampleB5, running it from a non user-writable directory.

Thank you reporting this problem,
it is now fixed in the development version and the fix will be included in the next patch to 10.03.
