The "Preview" tab in the bug description field does not function. When it is clicked, the following error message is displayed (in the case of bug report 1912, around 11:43 am Eastern Time on 2016-11-16):

Expected outcome: a preview of the bug report should be shown.

bugzilla system is updated.
The issue is fixed now.
