The file G4LowEnergyUtilities.cc has an include CLHEP/String/Strings.h which
doesn't exist.

CmdArg.h     CmdArg.icc   CmdLine.h    Strings.h    Strings.icc

Evidently, CLHEP/String/Strings.h does exist.
